Chicken Salad

Found this recipe at GAPSters

  • Chicken, boiled and torn into bite sized pieces
  • Pesto Sauce
  • Fermented vegetables
  • Celtic sea salt, to taste

In a large bowl, combine chicken and enough pesto sauce to coat chicken. Add fermented vegetables--as much as you're allowed. Mix. Add salt if needed. Serve topped with extra pesto sauce.
