Carrot Coins and "Cheese"

This recipe is from GAPSters

A stage 2 snack.

1 thick (as thick as possible) carrot, peeled, cut into 1/4" 'coins'

Bone broth

Ghee, slightly softened

Boil carrot coins in bone broth for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool completely. When cool, spread ghee on top. Serve.
